urgh..
whole body is aching...

my thighs... my back... my neck.. my arms...

i tink it's time... i do some serious stretching at home...

went for sat's jazz clz...

the warm up part... was...
killing me....

not tat i cldn't stretch...

but u hav to stretch... and point ya toes... alamak..

and my toes... jus kip shaking... trembling...

dunno why... cant ctrl it...

then it'll start to cramp...

god... the warm up.. was tedious... made me used alot of my energy...

much as i tried to relax.. hahaha... buden... v hard lah..

anyway...

after e clz...

stayed at e studio... practised handstands... cartwheels... with yen and shar...

hahaha.. shar... lol...

damn funnie.. when she tried to do handstands... bth... practise more k ! ^_^

then... after yen they all.. went off for their " night walk ", few mins ltr.. they called me n ling..
asked us to go convention straight...

why?

cos there got lotsa food... lol...

well, there's a talk on tat day.. and buffet goin on mah.. alot of leftover food..

our v kind advisor, Mr Thomas Tan, saw yen they all... called out to them.. asked them to eat the food... da-bao the food... lol....

NRA peeps... are forever hungry...

the food tat we hav... was enuff to feed 20 ppl.... lol.... guess how many of us were there?

sat... din really do much stuff.. again... slacked at the studio...

tis time round, we changed to blk 16... cos it's better over there...

after few hrs... went to kap for dinner...
was saying... how come.. i spend my sat lydat... eatin mac.. at kap... v wasted...

then.. ling agreed.. said tat.. we no life... once there's no dance.. we dunno wat to do oredi...

yeah... everyone nodded... it was jus so true...

then i tot of smthng !!

let's go cycling on sunday !!
let's go east coast park to cycle !!! heh heh heh..

and ta-da !
here comes sunday...

met xiang, dou, pang, ling at e bus stop..

as usual, dou was so proud of himself.. jus bcos he reached there slightly earlier than us..
tat's his 2nd time by the way...

anyway.. boarded 197 frm jurong east... took ard 1 hr plus to reach parkway parade...

omg...
my poor butt... gonna giv a massage soon..

then.. reached there... walked over to e mac in east coast..

poor yuxin n jojo... reached there so early... >_<
bu hao yi xi oh...

had our lunch... yes.... mac again !!!!

then went over to e bicycle shop... waited for ken...told us.. he'll b reachin in 6mins...

LOL..

hahaha.. anyway... rented our bicycles...

and then hoh... tat wu gui po...

so indecisive... alamak.. worst than me...

asked her to hop on to our bikes.. she dun wan.. say she wanna walk..

in e end.. she rented one bike of her own... made us U-turn back to e shop.. to accompany her...

tot everything peaceful le hoh ??

no way.. she... kip braking...
using her legs to brake !

in e end.. tink we spend abt 20 mins with her.. b4 we really get to cycle...

e rest all left le.. only left yen n me with her... sighz...

she made us... dunno hw to cycle sia.. LOL...

wow... we cycled all e way... to e end.. to e v end.... then.. realised tat time is up... shit....

3 of us... raced all e way back... can u imagine...

we took almost an hr to reach the end...
but we used...

20mins to reach the bicycle shop.... -_-"

damn tiring leh !!!!

walau... tat yen lah.. say....we cannot give up.. mus reach the end first... we din even get to alight at the jetty... to watch the beautiful scenery.... slap her lah...

when we finally reached the shop... me n yen reached first...

the moment we got off our bikes...

our knees gave way....

lol....

we immediately bend down... omg..

our legs... really really tired.... cannot take it... hahahaha...

then joyce reached... lol... same effect... hahahaha....

lucky.. we dun nid to pay xtra 5 bucks.. for returning the bikes late... pheW~

saw alot of cute cute dogs.. at e park...

saw 5 sausage dogs !! hahaha... how adorable... shd hav taken a pic of them... damn..

saw.. husky also.... and golden retriever...

oh ya... way before we taken our lunch at mac rite...

we saw tis lil kitten.. omg.. v cute.. lyin in e sand... v cute... then.. yen carried it up... cos.. the sand got alot of red ants.. then... we brought it to another place... somewhere near the grass patch...

by the way.. i also carried the kitten !! hahaha... cos she's jus so cute...

yeah... well... anyway... we played monkey ... poor xin... she fell down... scratched her knee... and arm... >_<

poor jo... she's owiz stuck being a monkey... hahaha...

played volley ball too...

den dou hurt his leg... he stepped on some piece of wood.. and that wood made 2 lil holes in his feet...

anyway....

volleyball... was so easy for us... heh heh...

those guys... jus cant play... lol... referrin to... dou, ken, pang.. jo also in their team.. buden she nt counted.. cos she can play.. they cant.. heh heh..

then.. after cleaning up... went to e arcade... watched some small girls played ddr... abit tempted..

hahaha... then asked xin to play with me..

kekekeke... so fun... v long din play le...

abit stiff... and... laggy... hahaha.... then.. went for dinner.....

and..

home sweet home....

fun day we had...

im gonna go back again...

cos i didnt get to listen to wad da sea wanna tok to me abt... didnt get to watch the sun set.. didnt get to sit down n enjoy the breeze...

im goin back real soon ! ! ^^
