Sorry peeps... forgive me...

Cos i've been real busy to blog... lol... oops... really.. lotsa things for me to do...

pls kill me... business... really doesn''t suit me at all...

wonder... how on earth am i goin to grad with a business diploma... !!!

ah... today... went for s&w... for the very first time !! heeez... so fun...

cos... i signed up for the instructor course... supposed to attend s&w... help ann with her class...
but.. bcos of my leg... i missed it !!! for almost 3 weeks!!!

I don nid to go for any physio therapy session anymore !!!!!

happy for my pocket too... cos it has been burning a big hole !!! ever since i went for the session....

BUT....

i was damn upset when i woke up tis morning...

my sunflower.... someone... i dunno man.. my sunflower... had an accident...

someone... placed it near the window... and... it dropped all the way down....

i lived... at 11 floors....

can u imagine... how sad am i... hur... my sunflower... omg.... everything is gone....

haiz.... anyway... today.. went queensway again with joyce...

yes... again... i went queesway yesterday too ! -_-

went with joyce too ! lol.... eekz... !

went to look for our suntec costume... mange to find only one shop.. tat sells the kinda demin jacket we want.. but.. it's free size... gotta ask everyone to come down and try...

hur... then hoh.. i got 2 new tops !!! heez...

i bought 1 top myself... a polo tee.. from fresh de !!! heez.. nice !!

and the other one.. also from fresh.. lol... by joyce de !! ( but i also pay hoh.. jus tat.. i only pay.. ahem.. er... 3 bucks ! )

Happy Father's Day !!! i love u !!! * hugs & kisses*

Happy Birthday Jean !! muacks !!! love u lots !!!

jus came back not long from Jean's place... went to her place to cut cake.. but.. had to rush back home for father's day dinner.. in e end... i left v early... but !! nevertheless... i managed to see her... and... managed to paint my nails !!! LOL.... buden... i really do miss her !!! how i wish i can have more time for u !! 24hrs a day... is not enuff for me !!!! >_<>

RTHK GOT INTO FINALS !!!!! woooo !!!!!

omg... so proud of them !!! hahahah.. right now.. they should b goin thru the second round of heats.... heard frm joyce tat they're learning choreo now... ard 8 ' 8s - 10' 8s.... and they must incorporate these dance moves inside their dance routine for the finals.... and... the music... will b given to them.. 4 songs.. they'll hav to remix it themselves...

tis is one tough competition.... wow.... no matter wat.. i've got faith in RTHK.. !!! yay !!! u guys can do it !! finals will b on the 23rd of July... still got more than 1 mth to go !! intensive training all e way !!!!!!!!!!!!! jia you k !! though i cant join u guys... my heart is stil with u all !!! let's work xtra hard together k !!! =D

ho ho !! time to go !! hav to do my report now.... alrite..... later yeah?

alrite.. my 2nd time creating a blog ! ! !

well... i created one using frenster..... and...
well.... it....
SUX !!!
LoL.... cos.... no tagboard... cant chat... and ... well... dunno.. dun lyk it.. cant personalize it... cant insert music... cant change e backgrd.. cos it's default....

cos the blog thingy.. has been goin on for quite some time huh...
fine.. i admit... im abit slow... cant blame lah... im too bz for stuff lyk tis..

im not sayin i aint bz now... i still am... jus tat.. last time, im not really interested in tis kinda thingy...
well... i ah... have more interest now... kekekeke...

aniwae, today.... i went for my first physio therapy session .... was actually late for my appt... cos..
i was lost !!
damn.. cldn't find e place man... went askin ard for directions... tat's y... i was late..

waited for quite a while... before it was my turn... then.. consulted the therapist (Emily).. she brought me to the consulation room.. then asked me to do some movements.. and she made me lie on e bed.. and she pressed tat area..

aww.. so ticklish.. LoL... i kip fidgeting.. it's so ticklish tat i dun even feel e pain.. LoL...
then.. after Emily helped me massage tat area.. and did a short wave therapy on me.. says.. it helps to build back e tissue..

ltr on.. she bought me to another room.. did the deep heat for me.. wOw... i fell aslp during the deep heat session.. felt so relaxed.. as though im at spa lydat.. LoL...

well.. after e session ended.. my leg really felt a whole lot better...

jus in case anyone din koe.. i injuried my inner thigh quite some time ago.. and... it actually got pretty bad...
bad in a sense that... sometimes when i walk... i can feel the pain...
sharp... intense pain... which somehow... link to the hind of my thigh.. and my back...
seriously....
it's too painful to walk....
i need to drag my injuried leg (left) when i walked back...
terrible....

and... when i was in e dance studio yest... i even had problems sitting up... i felt lyk... im half paralyzed.... haiz.. yeah... i was damn upset abt my leg lah...

thank god tat.. NRA ppl were there to support me... geez... u guys r so sweet... love u guys to bits & pieces...! muacks !!
thanks min min.. for buying e char siew bao for me.. though i don feel lyk eatin .. lol..
thanks sammy.. for buying e mocha milk for me and giving me strawberry sweets to eat..
